One Day Rental

Exclusive Use of Venue for Ceremony and/or Reception

 Friday 10:00 am - 12:00 midnight = $3,500

 Saturday 10:00 pm - 12:00 midnight = $4,000


Two Day Rental

Exclusive Use of Venue for Decorating, Rehearsal, Ceremony, and/or Reception

Thursday 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm & Friday 10:00 am – 12:00 midnight = $4,500

 Friday 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm & Saturday 10:00 am – 12:00 midnight = $5,500

*Please note, we do require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy with Sun Valley Barn listed as the additional insured. The cost for this will be approximately $140.

We also host other events including family reunions and get-togethers, showers, birthday and anniversary parties, graduation parties, corporate events and meetings, and Holiday parties. Please email for more information.

  • Exclusive access to our 6100 sq ft venue

  • Tables and chairs for up to 250 guests, set up to your desired specifications

  • The beautiful Bridal Suite for the bridal party to enjoy as they get ready for the big day

  • The Groom’s Room for the groom and his groomsmen to lounge in while they get ready

  • Men’s and Women’s bathroom facilities which are handicap accessible

  • Bar area with refrigeration

  • Caterer’s kitchen which includes a commercial refrigerator, plenty of work space, a large sink, and a private side-entrance for caterers

  • Nursery for guests who may be attending with little ones

  • Heating and air-conditioning which allows for weddings and events year-round

  • Upstairs loft for additional seating and/or for socializing

  • Paved parking lot, with lighting for safety, for 50 cars, with available space for over-flow if needed

  • Sun Valley Barn team member(s) onsite throughout your wedding or event to assist if questions or issues come up

  • Cleaning service after each wedding or event
